Innovesia just conducted an Innovation Workshop with Nestlé Nutrition, one of the premier FMCG companies in Indonesia. The workshop was held on four non-consecutive days; 27 November, 2 December, 4 December, and 10 December 2020. Participants learned about value proposition design, prototyping, and business model generation. To foster collaboration in innovation, participants came from several divisions, including marketing, sales, e-commerce, research and development (R&D), and digital.
The innovation workshop was conducted both online and offline, our first in this format. Offline participants attended from the venue, Sekolah Taman Tumbuh Montessori. All participants were following the workshop by working through an online worksheet that was prepared before by Innovesia. We conduct the offline workshop with tight health protocol to ensure the safety of participants and facilitators.
With the hurdles of limitation and customer behavior shifts, we are very proud to be able to help businesses explore innovation opportunities. We hope many more businesses can open up to the potential of innovation and take more risk to grow more in these volatile times.
