
Innovesia facilitated Design Thinking Workshop for PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on 15-18 October 2019. This program was participated by 25 employees from Pengelolaan & Jaringan division who manage customer’s complaints and feedback. In order to participate, the employee must form a team consists of 5-7 employees to stretch their innovative idea to respond to various customer’s complaints and feedbacks.
In this workshop, participants were learning the process and cycle of Innovesia’s Design Thinking method. We equipped them with the Design Thinking method to understand their program users, gaining empathy and generating breakthrough ideas. In the first step, they dig deep customer’s insight through field immersion, then explore problems and issues that lead to ideas generation.

At the end of the workshop, participants built low-fidelity prototypes as the visualization of their solution. 5 prototypes are made in the workshop within their bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
