As a provider of social security programs for employers and individuals in Indonesia, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) needs to always be adaptive to the change of working environment, especially in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
BPJSTK see the opportunity in industrial revolution 4.0 hence they should take it and by innovation they can maximize it.
Attended by 18 selected participants, from manager level, the workshop ran in 2-days on September 12 to 13 at Park Lane, Jakarta. They are separated into 4 groups with different challenges to be done. 1 group has 1 challenge each to be explored.
Participants learnt Innovesia’s 3 Design Thinking stages; Inspiration, Ideation and Implementation. During stage 1 – Inspiration, they did field immersion which also an eye-opener for them. Each group is also accompanied by 1 facilitator to help them to work with the methodology.
4 prototypes are created during the workshop, they are ECO, BPJSTKekinian, GITA and Mix Max. Each prototype is coming from customers’ pain points and has its own value to be offered.
