Design Thinking for innovation with Danone

Innovesia held Design Thinking workshop with Danone Academy Indonesia at their annual event, CAMPUS. The workshop took place at ICE BSD on Wednesday to Thursday, July 11 to 12, 2018.

Participants were coming from Danone’s Asia Pacific and various business units with manager level and above. We equipped them with Design Thinking method to understand problems or issues well, gain empathy and generate breakthrough ideas to be more customer-centric. Hence they visited their target customer during the workshop, as it was one of the tasks. Groups went to mega store/hypermart, mall and distributor.

Their most favorable part of the workshop is presenting their solutions through storytelling methodology in the format of role-playing. Overall, the workshop went awesome and the participants made it more valuable to have them with us.
